Shipping Guarantee
All of our freight shipments have a shipment guarantee! This means that if your water heater arrives later then the estimated delivery window shown on the product page we will credit you $125 per water heater upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary from water heater to water heater, however most in stock shipments will arrive in 2-5 business days depending on how close the warehouse is to the shipping address. On each product page we give an estimated delivery window which will show roughly when a product will arrive, if you need a better estimate please call into (248) 892-1000 and one of our customer support representatives can assist you.
Expedited Shipping
A select number of our products are available for expedited shipping. All electric and gas tankless water heaters will have the expedited shipping options shown at checkout. Larger commercial water heaters will need to be quoted by our team to ensure you receive the lowest rate and the quickest delivery possible. Our commercial water heaters that are in stock we can often deliver next-day or even same-day for emergency situations. Please contact our team to receive a quote.
Where do you ship from?
Our standard deliveries will ship from the closest warehouse to your shipping address. We have warehouses in Michigan, California, Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Alabama, and Illinois. Depending on availability and your location we will determine the best possible warehouse to ship from to ensure a timely delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Deliveries, except for USPS, are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays. This means any commercial water heater will not be shipped over the weekend.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the continental United States. Some products can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, but please contact us first to determine additional shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
Certain products are not available in Texas, California, and Utah. If a product is excluded from certain states it will be noted in the product description. These products do not meet state regulations. We do offer units specific for those states that comply with all laws and regulations. If you're unsure of what model you need please contact our support team.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders that are in stock can be picked up at any of our locations that have the unit available. We have locations in Michigan, California, Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Alabama, and Illinois. Many of these warehouses are strictly logistics warehouses, and orders cannot be placed in person.
To pick up an order please contact our support team so we can check availability at the closest warehouse to you. If the unit is in stock we will typically need several hours to prepare the unit for pickup. Once the unit is ready we will provide the warehouse address and pickup number.
Prior to requesting pickup please ensure you have a vehicle which will be able to properly transport the water heater you're purchasing. Many of our units cannot be laid down and must be standing up to prevent damage to components on the sides of the tank.
Can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and have an option to receive email updates on the delivery status of your order. You will also receive a tracking number from the designated carrier for your shipment. If you do not receive this tracking number please contact us, and we will provide it to you.
On freight shipments tracking is not generated until the unit is picked up from the warehouse. Please allow for up to 24-hours before you receive your tracking number.
How will my shipment arrive?
Smaller parts and accessories will arrive to your porch or mailbox. Please note that tankless water heaters may require a signature upon delivery.
For large items that cannot be shipped via standard UPS or USPS services, we work with freight companies to get your items to you. These companies often deliver in larger semi trucks with a lift gate service. This means they can lower the water heater to the ground for you. However, these freight companies do not perform any inside deliveries. For inside deliveries please contact our team for a special quote that must be ran through our expedited shipping services.
We recommend opening the boxes and inspecting the products for any signs of damage, such as broken parts or chips and cracks in the finish. While we do our best to make sure items are packaged safely and securely to prevent damage, we recognize that products will occasionally break in transit. If you see any signs of damage, firmly refuse the damaged items and keep any that are in good condition. Do not let the driver leave without inspecting. If driver refuses to stay during inspection, sign "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt and call us immediately to report damages.
