This unit is capable of providing enough hot water for a whole home depending on ground water temperature - See Ground Water temp chart on pictures for accurate fitting.

New in Open Box, still has the original paperwork, manufacturers warranty and accessories, Might have light storage/handling marks, Unit hasn't been installed or used. 

These units are tested before they leave factory, it is normal to find a couple water drops on the inlets/outlets.
