This unit is capable of providing enough hot water for a whole home depending on ground water temperature - See Ground Water temp chart on pictures for accurate fitting.

New in Open Box, still has the original paperwork, manufacturers warranty and accessories, Might have light storage/handling marks, Unit hasn't been installed or used. Box is in good shape, besides some light marks and scratches.

These units are tested before they leave factory, it is normal to find a couple water drops on the inlets/outlets.
