The water heater pressure relief valve (water heater PRV) is crucial for safeguarding against overheating and excess pressure. This ProTech® TPR valve ensures the safe operation of your water heater. This pressure valve on water heater units features a bronze body with 3/4 in. NPT male inlet and 3/4 in. NPT female outlet connections, a unique thermostat coated for thermal bonding, and a handy test lever. Temperature relief is set at 210°F (99°C), with a pressure relief range of 75 to 150 psi (5.2 to 10.3 bar).
